Lavender Eco-Friendly Greeting Card

There are varieties of Lavender that are native to North America and while not native to Canada, Lavender can be grown in areas such as British Columbia, Ontario and the East Coast. Lavender is a drought resistant plant that does best in well drained soil. This plant does not like wet feet, so be sure not to over water it! Once established they can be very low maintenance plants. Lavender is often grown for essential oils and many people find the scent of Lavender relaxing.
