Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Verdant purchase! If you aren't happy, or there is any issue with the products, please let us know so we can make it right.

Within 14 days of receiving your item, you may request to return it. To start a return, you can contact us at verdantpaper co@gmail.com, and we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with a refund.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
